At our wedding, she made everyone around her feel at ease (including making sure my champaign glass was filled right when she walked in). She forged an instant connection with my nephew and ring bearer who then hammed it up for the camera each time she came by. JoAnna has the ability to find unique shots and is very self directed. He teamed up very well with our photographer. They assisted each other in "setting the stage", coordinating the best angles, and direction of travel. On the wedding day, Eddie came in early with a second shooter to videograph my fiancé and I getting ready in separate homes. He drove to a nearby park for our first look then traveled 1hr away to get to the church. At the ceremony, he mounted several cameras to get the best angles and was active throughout the time to get the optimum shots while also respecting distance. May I mention, this was in the hot heat of July - ...following the bride and groom as we galivanted around the park ...videotaped the full ceremony without a flinch even though the church air conditioning was broken ...and patiently waited for the end of the festivities although our contracted time had long exceeded. Eddie formatted and published a five-minute teaser just 2wks after our wedding. He followed up with the full video shortly after. He is fairly priced and worth every penny. He intently listens to any special requests or ideas you have in mind. In order to make COVID adjustments, my fiancé and I decided to celebrate our ceremony and reception on separate occasions. And not to mention, our weddings have so many traditions that take place, that it's extremely important to be extra attentive to these. To my assurance, I had NOTHING to worry about. I should have known from the start because the moment I reached out to Robert, he surpassed all my expectations. He was so patient with my many, many questions; always provided quick responses; was more than accommodating to our needs and even change of needs; and had an obvious interest and devotion to his clients. Unlike some vendors who show this charm prior to booking their services and then going AWOL after, Robert stayed true to character from the moment we booked him, up and through our wedding day and even after.
