He treated her as the buyer and assured her he'd have the vehicle ready for her. We arrived and he asked for her license and to sign a simple document. The car was pristine. They had detailed it immaculately. He allowed us to drive without a salesman present. She and he negotiated a price without him even acknowledging me. Extremely professional conduct. My daughter is tough, and this is what she expected. She paid cash and is loving her new car. From a male perspective, it's very rare to see such professionalism and respect toward a female and a young one at that. This business is centered around customer service and built on a foundation of honesty. The owners are friendly, fair, and dependable. Their shop has survived for over 15 years because they never jerk you around and always give you the best service possible. I have known them the entire time they have been open, and have never taken my car anywhere else since. They are the most fair shop you will find, and they have the best mechanic in town. So, if you want your car fixed right, in a friendly and respectable environment, then I would suggest you take it here. I would also like to mention that if they kept a person's car for two months it was likely because that person did not want to spend the money required to fix it. Unfortunately there are always those people that just don't understand that a business has to make a profit to survive. Why would they not fix a car and get paid for it, unless there are other details to the story that have been conveniently excluded? Shame on you sir for slandering an honest business!!! I am the owner of this business, and i would like to say that Gary W left out some facts. He tried to fix his own car before bringing it to me. he put all thread rod and JB Weld in place of the bolts. I gave him a price if i could get the bolts out. I couldnt so i called him and he said he did not have the money to fix it he was going to sell it. I worked on his car for 5 hrs and lowered the labor price to $100, which he agreed to. He then stopped payment on the check, and told me the job was only worth $50. When i told him i would sue him for the money he decided to trash my business. He paid me the money he owed me because he did not want to go to court. I guess hes mad because i did not charge him what he that the job was worth. My business is family run and we feel like we should get a 5 star rating, because we treat all of our customers as if they are family. We even help our customers do things around there homes on weekends. We are always willing to help someone out. I would like to add that i have been in business for over 17yrs and Gary W is the only unhappy customer i have had. read more
