The gentleman told me it would take 2 weeks before they could begin work. I didn't receive my vehicle back for almost 7 weeks. The panels on the front of my truck don't line up, which is relatively apparent. My driver's side window has deep scratches from the accident that were not addressed. When it was time to pick up the vehicle, I was informed that the windshield had not been installed. This took another two days.
