Heard about this place after attending a friend's BBQ out here in the West. It was some good tasting Chorizos and the authentic dip was quite refreshing.
Came back today on a quiet Sunday afternoon which allowed time for an informative chat with the owner and how the family had been in the meat industry for multiple generations. The Chilean population had been buying their meat requirements from Theo's for many years and you can see why. There is excellent customer service and the meats looked like quality product.
I picked up a few varieties of Chorizo for a small BBQ - hot Chorizo, thinner beef Chorizo, the Columbian Chorizo and the mini Chorizos. I have to say, these are the best Chorizo I have had here in Sydney. The sausages were not fatty and the meat was definitely great quality.
The marinated steaks and pork belly looks fantastic and I'm sure I'll be back to buy some next time! read more
