Beef tendon- sure why not (needs further explanation - next time..). Scotch fillet, yes. What about pork scotch, why not? Pork roast, yes add it on. When I said it might be too much to carry, she offered help to carry to the car and convinced me to buy some chicken wings and breast fillets. So, from having a quick look to $280. But still great value. And they did get a dude from the back to help carry to the car. The biggest challenge was fitting it in the freezer when I got home. Definitely worth checking out for great value, quality and variety. Oh, they threw in some sausages for free and we're very unusual. First tine I had 'Chinese flavoured' sausages.

You would think that they wouldn't have a very good business but they do and it must be because of their great meat. Buying groceries you can go to any supermarket but people actually go back to where they used to live to go to a great butcher. All the meat here is halal and they offer more than beef and chicken. If you want a nice piece of goat which I know is a cultural thing, not many anglo saxon Australians eat it, they have it. They also wholesale direct to the public so if your looking for a side of beef for your freezer, they will package it up in selected cuts for you.

All the items are put into a basket for you to take to the cashier but if you're short, just getting the basket over the top of the cabinet can be difficult, especially if the girl serving you is equally challenged. Lovely meat but I can't be bothered taking a tall friend with me.

They also have a wide selection of already marinated meat or chicken some already on skewers so that's half the job done and cutting down on cooking time. I think all the counters at the fish, chicken and meat stores are high, but they have never handed me anything over the counter. It's glass so they see straight through and the staff always take my purchase to the checkout. The staff are always friendly, and willing to help. The bakers delight is just accross from there so I can be in and out with my meat and fresh bread &/or desert in 10 minutes without fighting long ques in the supermarket and trying to figure out if the meat in the plastic is fresh or just red from the light. I was there on the 17th June and there was one butcher serving a customer at the other end of the counter. I was the only other waiting customer. One other butcher was cleaning up then washed her hands she had seen me standing there but as she washed her hands another customer walked up the higher priced meat section to the butcher walked past me and went straight to the customer who had just arrived. I commented to her I was unhappy about this and it was the third time this had happened to me in the sausage section (cheaper meat area). I informed her I would be wrighting a review. When leaving the shopping centre the Owner Cameron Potts stoped me and said he was going to follow me home! I tried to walk away and he keep following me. He refused to leave me alone centre security had to step in and stopped him following me. My experience left me shocked and it would have to be the worst customer experience I have ever had. And to be threatened to be followed home because I informed the store I was wrighting a review of the customer service is just ridiculous. I for one would not return to the Beef Bullion North Rocks.
