Because the guys will do it anyway if you bring it up nicely but why cause the hassle. We always have lots to do so it's always possible to miss or mistranslate what I say lol. And he is super cool about it. He goes around marking the trees and is very clear what they do. It's a full team that comes out and each person does their part to get in and get out fast, safe and clean. We have had no issues and will continue to call on them this year coming up. This is out of about 125 total plants that we signed for. 26 of the 39 were shrubs, so not just small plants but the main part of the project.
