The process was quick and the cost was about the same as it was 5 years back! Glad it wasn't too expensive otherwise I would've had to call someone else. I will say I was unable to pay with a credit card (said their machines weren't working) so I had to write them a check (no biggie on my end). I saw the photos of the debris on the shelf and inside the chimney!! The other company removed Half of a 5 gallon bucket of debris. And they showed me a nail or screw one damper that was not secured during the first cleaning. So I am very disappointed - did JCS even do anything? Based on other reviews, this does not seem to be an isolated problem. I will now have to reseed several sections of my yard and wait for the grass to grow back. In addition, I found a loose nut on the driveway, which makes me wonder whether there was an equipment malfunction or leak during the service. It would have taken the crew a few minutes to rinse off the driveway. The cleaning chemicals also left a noticeable residue on all of my windows, creating another expense and additional work for me to correct. To make matters worse, the crew did not return my outdoor furniture or garden hose to their original locations after finishing the job. It was a very lazy and poor-quality job all around.
