The worst customer service I have ever. I called the company, and we had an agreement for the scope of the work, estimated charge, and service time and date. The cleaning crew did not show up today as the company promised. I called the company, talked with the guy, Mainor. He initially admitted he was confused. I emailed him to confirm our agreement on April 4 and he confirmed it and thanked. Now he said he only confirmed the charge and not the time and date. He was the one who suggested the time and date. Even though both of us have the confirmation emails exchanged which clearly shows the scope, charge, and time and date of service, he denied confirming the time and date. He said he could not deal with a customer who was upset because the crew did not show up. I filed a complaint with BBB and going to file a complaint with DPOR, Commonwealth of Virginia Government. I even informed the painter who gave me this company's name. The painter did not know about this cleaning service and said he would not recommend this company anymore, for sure. read more

I got windows and gutters cleaned. He did a very sloppy job cleaning the gutters, they just dropped it all over over the ground, what a mess, then did not clean the mess up before starting to clean the windows... so all the dirt , leaves, etc, got wet, huge mess, not very professional. Then he cleans your windows with a long wand & brush from the outside. Not what I was expecting. I feel he should tell you that up front. A girl came inside and did a great job, except they move your furniture and she did not put things back. Mainor complained it was taking too much time, on the gutters and it was more work then he quoted, sounds like he does this often. I gave him more than he quoted, to be fair. I have always been able to clean windows (tilt in) myself. I recently moved into a townhouse and found that I am not able to do so now. This is a problem for me, I love my windows to sparkle and typically wash them twice a year. I reached out to Mainor Salguero at AWG window cleaning, he gave me an estimate (I only wanted the outside cleaned) over the phone and then stopped by at my convenience. I have never seen windows washed by a professional company and was surprised that a ladder wasn't used, they use an extendable pipe-like hose with a stiff brush at the end and are able to wash them from ground level...and I have a three-story home! I must say that I was wary that they could get windows clean when not at eye level with the panes, but they certainly did! I can't get past the bait and switch. I called and explained I wanted windows washed and gutters cleaned. Gave me a price for cleaning inside and outside of windows. I said we have some storm windows including 2 very large ones that would require more than one person. Got separate quote for gutters. After he arrived and saw the house the cost for windows went up considerably. He expressed regret that I did not tell him about the storms. But I know I did. I told him to proceed with gutters. The crew of 3 did that and left a mess--sort of cleaned up. When I checked the gutters that I could see from upstairs, I saw leaves and twigs in them. Shoddy. I'll never call AWG again. read more

Good price and kind staff. One thing you need to know for their gutter cleaning is that they just clean the gutter with a leaf blower, which means they can't remove the leaves on the roof. One of my gutter is blocked again in a month. read more

I was very impressed with this company. When I called, the owner told me the rates per window and was able to come the next day. When he arrived, he took a walk around the house and gave me an estimate, explaining how the cost was calculated. Then he and his partner got to work. They were very thorough, cleaning screens, sills, and the inside frames. What a difference! The windows looked crystal-clear and beautiful. When they came in to wash the inside, they covered their shoes with slippers and cleaned up after themselves. They were there for almost 5 hours, and as they were packing up, they noticed they had forgotten a small garage window and stopped to do that.
