They are both fabulous. I have seen a huge improvement in my sons speech as well as his confidence. They make speech therapy fun. Both therapists we have take their time and have adapted to my sons specific needs. They call me with a weekly reminder which as a busy mom of four I appreciate. They have always worked with our schedule when we have needed to adjust. I bring my toddler along with me and I appreciate the books, toys, coloring pages they have in the lobby while we wait. Also his favorite stickers. It is a nice office complex that we often walk around while we wait.

The therapists we've had have all been good, there have just been several changes with my son's assigned therapists which can be difficult for little ones. I think this has to do with the time of year we came in, with several people working just for the summer and leaving in July/August due to their training programs ending or school year based jobs picking up again. So totally understandable, but still more change than ideal for kiddos who really yearn for structure, routine, familiarity, etc.

I'm disappointed in lack of information/transparency.

He couldn't be where he's at without the unceasing support, patience and understanding of everyone in the team. I love that sessions are play-based and that they work around my son's interests. It makes him more inclined to participate and he's always looking forward to his therapies.
