This was the perfect place. Caitlin was what I needed. She listened and change things to work different challenges that popped up. I have had to return several times now over the years for other ongoing issues and Anuj listens and has helped me stay on track to manage other pain. I know I would not be at this point of management had I not continued with Anuj. He listens and is very personable with each of his clients. I have heard from others in passing while there. Good to have a physical therapist who listens, listens, listens to where you are having issues. He cares for his patients. This office went above and beyond getting me help. They provided the PT that I needed and referred me to a different doctor which is what I really needed. My quality of life went from a 2 to a 10. They were consistent in providing PT before and after surgery giving me a new lease on life. I can walk without any pain now! I told the lady that I should not have to get a new referral because I was still supposed to keep getting the rehab treatment with them and that they are wrong for that especially when my insurance just paid on another bill they had. The office lady them starts to laugh at me and then I asked her if she was laughing at me and then she denied it as she was still laughing. This place has become the most unprofessional place now. I told her that I would like to speak with management, or the director and she told me that the director will call me the next day! I will report this place to the medical board and to the BenchMark corporate for this kind of treatment. I will get a new referral, but I will go to a whole different rehab facility, so BenchMark has lost my business!
