He was very honest about his assessment. He is client focused. He wasn't out to push a medicine without fully understanding my current eating pattern and nutrition. I've lost 10 pounds and 2 sizes in one month and I feel like I've lost 10 years! Dr. Muhammed knows more about nutrition than any other doctor I've ever had and he walks the walk, not just talks the talk. I have never been this impressed with a doctor's office as I am of this one. My mother would call for help and no one would come. I hired a person to come sit with my mom and they found a way to kick her out of the building because she was bringing up issues of negligence to attention. I was traveling and a friend stopped by to see my mom. She called me hysterical because my mom was in her urine and feces . I have photos of this happening TWICE. But the worst part is my mother had been complaining of pain in her leg. I asked the staff to do an x-ray. They never did. After my friends call I took my mother out in 24 hours and put her in a 4 bedroom home. They proactively did the xrays and determined my mom fractured her hip. That is a death sentence. My mother told me she tried to get up to go to the bathroom after waiting forever, and she fell. She was #&#(#(@ BLIND!! How hard is it to help someone to the bathroom??? I guess to Tucker Wellness, it was worth letting her die. I had few options for my mother as she was on Medicaid. In hindsight I should have not gone back to work and just let everything go financially to keep my mother alive. It wasn't worth it. My mother died in pain. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES HERE IF THEY ARE UNABLE TO MOVE AROUND, TALK, SEE OR THINK FOR THEMSELVES.

I've long been a proponent for hands on physical therapy versus the physical therapy mills that are seeing multiple people at the same time and not providing me with the attention I need to get better. After two visits to one of the big name physical therapy mills, I decided to call my former physical therapist in California for a recommendation. I'm not sure what or how he searched for a therapist, but whatever he did, he was able to find me Promotion Physical Therapy. They are an amazing place that is hands on and does amazing work. The front office staff is warm and welcoming. The therapists are talented and caring, and the owner who is also a therapist is compassionate, professional and very knowledgeable. My first therapist Michael was/is amazing! He does a procedure called dry needling which has done wonders for my knee. While Michael was on vacation I was assigned Sherri and Kerry, they have different techniques with great results. They have gotten my knee back to where I'm playing basketball again. All of my progress was made without surgery! I would recommend Promotion Physical Therapy to anyone who wants to get better and experience hands on physical therapy!

I thought that was very kind of them although we were en route. Upon arriving, there was 1 patient in front of us. Check-in was easy and the attendant was very nice and helpful. I did not get her name but she explained the payment and if imaging was needed Before completing the paperwork, they were taking my dad down for imaging. There was no waiting. He was there for maybe 20 to 25 minutes Shortly after he was called back. The nurse practitioner saw him first. She was very attentive, engaging, and kind. Let's say she had "bedside manner" She asked my dad how he was feeling and what brought him in today. He explained what brought him in and what he anticipated from them. She went over the X-rays that were performed. She was quite thorough and she repeated it back to us as I was taking notes. Dr. Seecharan came in and introduced himself and went over the X-rays and the next step He too was very professional, attentive, and thorough. He requested an MRI and a CT of the neck/back. Follow up after they are done The office was clean and well-stocked with a variety of coffee and water. There were maybe 20 chairs in the lobby. The front desk was clean and organized.
