My partner and I were recently walking around Cauley Square when we came across the shop, and we're so glad we did. The staff was incredibly sweet and took the time to help us sample a few different scents. We both ended up falling in love with fragrances we just had to take home. He chose Tobacco Blossom Vanilla, and I left with Amber's Way. Both scents are amazing. so unique, warm, and beautifully layered. I know the business exists, but I suspect they're running a scam through their website because my payment went through, they took my money, but they didn't send the products. Now I have no choice but to physically go to the store to get my refund. It's a shame because they have very nice products, however their customer service is non existent on line and lacking in person. The young lady that works in the main store doesn't know anything about the products she's selling, doesn't attempt to assist costumers with their questions and doesn't speak a lick of English. I don't recommend ordering anything on line, and by reading another reviews, I'm clearly not the first one this happens too. Wow, worst experience EVER! My sister in law and I and went here because we were interested in creating or purchasing some essential oils. This young lady at the counter didn't speak or acknowledge us when we came in the front door- or even after being there for a while. After walking around & smelling a few oils, I went over to her (still at the counter) and said hello to her, and asked her if she was interested in helping us? She very nonchalantly replied "What do you need help with?" Now mind you, we are the only people in the store. I explained that I love citrus & floral scents & was looking for something different to purchase. She didn't bother to step from behind the counter, she just stated that "the citrus table is there". My sister & law looked at me, then said- "She doesn't want to help us at all, I'm ready to go." I was taking a picture of the fragrances, and took a picture of her as well, I turned to her and said "You obviously don't want our business so we'll go elsewhere" and we began walking out the door. NOW she left from behind the counter & said "You can't record me at my job", I told her I didn't record her, I took a picture for Yelp. She followed us out of the front door and tried to take my phone out of my hand! I told her not to touch me OR my phone! This lady was as rude and disrespectful as they come! I thought I was going to have to call the police on her because she continued to follow us outside, telling me what I couldn't do and aggressively kept reaching for my phone. She took a picture of me as we left, which was not a problem at all. But we will NEVER return here. Let me be clear: Management, PLEASE don't respond with a lame excuse for your employees terrible behavior. She started off ignoring us & ended up harrassing me all the way outside. It felt very discriminatory and pathetic. I suggest you give your staff training in customer service & equity. read more

Local store found at the Cauley Square Shops. This place is homemade and I believe the owners are French. If they're not, then consider me surprised as there seems to be a heavy French clientele. They sell a little bit of everything. Lotions, soaps, herbs, anything and everything in the hopes of getting you to relax. The patio outside, too, aids in this endeavor with its ample space and view. I wish I could say more, but this was one of those stores that I perused quickly mostly because I wanted to avoid adding more things to my bathroom. I have a bit of a scented anything problem. What an absolute beautiful gem this shoppe is!!! Amazing products for insanely low prices. The scents wafting out of this little house were amazing & everything was beautifully packaged & chock full of incredible ingredients. I love their products-- scrubbing salts are divine especially. Candles last and fill rooms with wonderful scents. There is one product I still cannot identify but has the best, longest lasting aroma ever in a product- it's been in my drawer for 2 years and smells as intense as when I brought it home. I finally am using it in the shower. Wish they could identify what they have away at Christmas 2 years ago!!! I love aromatherapy. I don't like advertising... but I have always had issues with anxiety... really going all the way back to childhood. I'm a very anxious person, and if it wasn't for meditation, self control, and other things I do to relieve stress... life would be a lot harder. So anytime I can find some products to help me unwind and relax, I go for it. I had come by Cauley Square shops several times looking for this place and I couldn't find it. Finally this last time as I walked around every path, I found this wonderful little place which sells scented candles and essential oils. The scents were wonderful... place also sells soaps and shampoos. Whole place had an old world feel to it and it looks like they make the stuff in house... love that. Only thing I bought while here this time is some fresh lavender for my home. I certainly will come by again once I run out of candles and other products I have too much in my house at this time. I don't know why it took me so long to find this little piece of heaven in South Miami! The smell was so inviting that I couldn't help but walk in. There are so many options of natural skincare, haircare, and perfumes available for everyone. I personally loved the lavender and rose perfumes. They were so airy and fresh; definitely a big difference between those store bough chemicals/perfumes. I tried a small amount of their lotion and 7 hours later, it still smells fresh and perfect! I have very sensitive skin but nothing happened. No redness, no dryness, just a delicious scent and soft skin. I couldn't be more impressed! They also had a great assortment of soy candles which I can't wait to try in the near future. I'm even thinking about purchasing those candles with their fresh lavender for Christmas gifts. Quaint little place at Cauley Square that makes and sells some awesome natural products. Stumbled upon this hidden gem a while ago and so happy I did. They make and sell all sorts of natural body products made with essential oils (soaps, lotions, perfumes, shampoo, conditioner, facial products, candles, etc.). I haven't used all their products but I especially love the body soap and body milk which leave my skin hydrated and smelling so good for a long time without irritating it. My favorite scent is Rosewood. The shop owner is awesome. Very nice and always helpful. I went one time and they had run out of the scent I like in body soap, but the shop owner didn't let me leave without what I came for and gave me the sample (which was regular size) for free. I love this little shop! My friend stumbled upon it one weekend and I've been back twice in the last month. Located at Cauley Square Historic Railroad Village in Cutler Ridge. It's an old South Florida villages with cottages, beautiful gardens and boutiques. A Miami must! Therapia By Aroma is owned by the kindest French family. The shop is adorable and they make all of their perfumes, soaps, body scrubs, face masks, candles out of essential oils and natural products. The prices are super affordable and they have the best stuff. I have purchased several perfumes, body milks and scrubs. I'm planning on making some of my holiday gifts here too! Went by to check out their products after being attracted by the amazing scent that leads you there. Was intrigued by their face regimes and essential oils. The owner Irene was very friendly. She helped me find great products with natural hemp and rose oils. I purchased their home made rose and lavender soup, a face mask, face lotion and perfume. The owner gave me a free rose lotion and a hair spray for my four year old. It was such a great and personalized experience. I discovered this store on Etsy and order their products from New York City. I have been buying their eau de parfums as well as large bottles of Eau de Cologne. These remind me of the locally made eau de cologne that, in my childhood 50 years ago, one used to find in provincial pharmacies in France, but have now become rare. Nowadays so much is mass produced, alas! It is an absolute delight to be able to buy truly natural colognes and perfumes (reminiscent of antique hand-made French ones) from this fantastic store! I use mine every day and am completely addicted to the incredible scents! They lift my spirits and are a great way to start the day. The body lotions and soaps are also first-rate. I use them all the time, and they are all generously scented. Delightful!
