I've been through 0 star, awful experiences, to one other 5 star wonderful experience in Denver. From the reception to the Therapists everyone is kind, patient and understanding! Somehow I got switched to a guy named Max. Max is a very nice person but instead of working on my arthritis he's all about balance, which is fine but my arthritis is killing me. I have no idea why I got switched from one therapist to another. If you go to EW be sure they stick to the plan. I don't think Max even knows why I'm there. But he will after today. This is my second time at EW and this happened the last time. I will not go here again.
