Except for their singles, which they sell for $2-4....crazy pricing for Lorcana. Anyways, i won't be back. But when your pricing on a brand new Pokémon set (which doesn't have a set market yet) is already 3x MSRP, what productive conversation can happen? It's just a straight up gouge. I'm not naive to expect to get everything at MSRP, but i think 3x markup 2 days post launch is unreasonable. 2) i did ask about Lorcana. I was told you "don't carry much" and "didn't have any right now." 3) you seem to be implying that you're aware prices are high and can then be negotiated lower. If that's how you want to do it that's your prerogative, just understand that's offputting for new customers. It's hard to want to establish a relationship and have a conversation when the first impression is being taken advantage of. About a month ago the second system I bought was a PS2 and had previous repairs that were not disclosed to me upon my purchase of the PS2. While i understand I bought a used system i should be made aware of repairs or fixes made that have been done with the system that im purchasing and should not be paying the same price of a system in good working order without repairs. Me being me I let that go but over this past weekend I also went back and bought 2 games from this store only to discover that one case was missing the disc. I understand that mistakes can happen, but undisclosed repairs and selling an empty game case shows a serious lack of quality control and lack or care to your customer. Customers should be able to trust that used systems and games have been properly inspected, that repairs are disclosed, and that games actually include the disc. With my experiences in mind I would not recommend this store unless you want to take the risk or they improve their inspection process and disclosing repairs on theirs systems. I will say the employee that was working when I came to replace the missing disc did his best to mend the situation of the missing disc but I'm highly disappointed with the quality of systems and games ive purchased from this store be weary of what you purchase from these guys

The Exchange is the perfect place to find new/used video games, movies, cds, toys, consoles and more! Everything is organized in sections by type of game or appropriate genre of music or type of movie. It may seem overwhelming at first, but it's almost like a library of all things cool. The staff is super helpful. When you want something, you'll need to ask them for help as everything is behind glass and locked so you don't steal- good call on their part. Prices are reasonable for the most part. Some things like vintage games can be a little pricey but it makes sense. I bought about 6 or 7 old video games from NES Super NES and Sega for $38. I think I did well. They now have a rewards program that's free to sign up for so take advantage of that. I love this place whether I'm in Pittsburgh or Chicago. Definitely will make a trip or two every time I'm here.

We had bought a xbox 360 and the controller that came with it had insane stick drift I took a video of it to show to the workers when my boyfriend got there, so he called and they agreed to let him replace it with another one. Needless to say this one was no better! It had corrosion all in the battery pack I took a soft q-tip to clean it out and it still did not work! I was fed up and so was he! Mind you we live an hour away! We spent 3 hours going back and forth to this location several times! Disc replay prides themselves on testing and giving you working controllers but it seems to me that they have been lazy lately and needless to say WE WILL NEVER RETURN HERE! If you are looking to go to a video game store consider going to disc replay in Downers Grove, they are not affiliated with them and the staff and everyone are so helpful. I even brought the busted controller in to them and they offered to replace the battery pack at no cost!
