I don't know how this company even has three stars they are terrible. I went and purchased three vapes for $30 vapes which were completely defective. They didn't turn on, They didn't charge, and They did not puff. They didn't handle it correctly we called ahead and one of the employee there said oh OK well come in at this time on this day because my other boss isn't gonna be so nice and give you a refund. What kind of a business tells their customer that? I just fed you $30 for defective vapes that I deserve my money back for, that YOU told me when to come in and what time to come in to get my refund and then not refund me. Had an awesome experience at the store, the person who helped me was right on point with everything. Then I left the store and got notice that my card was charged a second time. So I called my credit card company and had it reversed. Then I got two more charges on my account. I'm now awaiting my credit card company to open so I can fight whoever at 3 Headz is nonstop charging my card for a transaction we had a week ago. read more

Nice big shop with a large selection of stuff. Here is where they suck. They have a "your screwed" return policy. I bought a $150 dollar item from them that was defective and did not work. I took it back with the receipt 2 days later and they would not exchange it for me. They said I'm on my own now and to call the manufacturer to get it fixed. I went out of way to buy this from a local business and not online. I figured to support them is good and I have a place that I can turn to if there is a problem with what I buy from them. No thanks or help offered, just sorry your on your own. I'm done spending my money here, could have saved money and had a better experience online, which sounds pathetic but is true. I don't think the owner(s) really understand business or customer service at all. I'm sure because of that 3 Heads SS will be a short lived endeavor. read more
