Was looking for a new place to get a car wash, this one caught my attention cause they offered free…read moremat cleaners. Went to the website and they gave me a free month of whatever wash for a trial. I got the works of course which is normally 39.99 a month. Most times I visited, they didnt have an attendant when you pull in which was a little different than what I'm used to, but they had a little screen to tell you when to pull in and when to put your car in neutral. One thing I thought was super helpful was when you pull in, the screen also tells you what car wash you purchased, so I knew exactly what I was getting. A few times during the month, it gave me the wrong wash but since I had unlimited, I just drove through again. After the wash, pull around to the vacuums and they also had the self serve mat cleaners. This was my first time using them, you can have them clean with or without water. You press a button, stick the mat in and it comes out the bottom. Only once did I have a mat get stuck, otherwise, great experience. Only complaint about the car wash, which is the same for every one I've tried is that it never completely dries the car off. I think everyone just does it themselves in the vacuum area, but I can dream cant i.

I was in and out in maybe 5 minutes. I got the second cheapest car wash and it still was great. They have monthly memberships available if you're someone who frequently washes their car for $30 or $40 depending on which level you want. This gives you unlimited car washes for the month. I didn't stop to use the free vacuums or check out other services, but I hope to return some day!

He even asked if he could use me as a reference and if a job opened if I would let him know, Fast forward and I'm still looked at weirdly because I wear a mask, sometimes shades to protect my eyes and no I don't dress up in fancy clothes, Once time I brought in my 12-16 ounce bottle and filled it with ice and was told there was a fee for the ice, I asked the supervisor if the policy changed (customer doesn't have to pay if they bring their own container) and she said no, it was just that their machine keeps breaking and people bring too many cups to fill at once. I agree if you come with more than two cups, you should purchase ice due to the amount but I had one cup, and I maybe come one to two times every two weeks, It's just sad, I really try to avoid going to Speedway in general. As a result of my complaints, he gave me a certificate for a few car wash - interior and exterior, valued at $17. I waited for two hours, from start to finish. About fifteen minutes after I left, while driving down the road, I noticed a little panel by my ignition was missing. I called and spoke to "front end guy" who said they he'd seen it but they must have forgotten to replace it after the pressurized air blew it off. Also one of my vent air fresheners was missing. So, I had to drive 15 miles round trip again - got the panel back but not the air freshener. The quality of cleaning, detailing and shampooing was decent however my windows were left pretty dirty and my rear view mirror was dirtier than when I brought it in. My floor mats still had leaves on the back of them when I went to put them back after the carpets dried. They still smelled soiled too, so it's likely they were just rinsed with water, not shampooed. The mats were still wet 11 hours later. You would think after sitting there for two hours, my floor mats could at least be dry. It does not appear that any deodorizing was done. It does not smell clean, like soap or like air freshener. Nothing. I'm certain the next time I want my car detailed and shampooed, I'll be going elsewhere.

Detailer never showed up. After several attempts to reach the owner again he finally got back to us and rescheduled. Guess what? No show again. After final attempts to reach him he got back and offered a refund. Guess what? No refund has been provided after 2 months of no calls/texts back. Poor communication, does not deliver what is promised, and feel like I have been ripped off. Super disappointing because I purposely looked for a local business I could support and then this happens. I was getting off track during the car wash so I had to put my car in drive to complete the rest of the wash. Not sure if there is any damage to my car. I spoke with the Manager who informed me that I had to of put my hands on the wheel or put my foot on the break or my car alignment is so off to affect it. I did not put my hands on the wheel or my foot on the break and I serviced my vehicle recently and do not believe the alignment is off. I will not be going back to this car wash and do not recommend others do either.
