It happened I was overseas when they were done and they were nice enough to accommodate me and keep the car there for a week or so till I come back. It was repaired so well even my colleagues at work could not tell it was repaired. The paint quality and the finishing was perfect. They even cleaned it from the inside better than I do myself which was not expected but highly appreciate it. They are amazing professionals who know what they are doing. One of our repairs was to repair vandalism that resulted in damage to the front roof pillar. They took the time to repair the damage and maintain the structural integrity, and when they painted it they blended it seamlessly. When another vehicle had damage to the liftgate, their work was just as stellar. Being in a particularly brutal part of the car for Minnesota conditions, there was an issue with the repair. I walked in, chatted with their Estimator and showed him the problem. Will was wonderful to deal with, and to my utter surprise they performed warranty work without any hassles. They asked me to go to Caliber for this estimate. I will say honestly that when I took my car in, I didn't really intend to go with Caliber for the repairs. I was just checking the box for my insurance company. But I found their team to be so easy to work with and so good at customer service that I just gave them the go-ahead to do the repair. Joe was the representative I worked with, and I have nothing but positive things to say. He was very nice, and he took his time walking me through the damage to my car, what would need to be done, etc. I'm the type of customer that tends to ask a TON of questions. Joe answered every question I asked and he frequently called me in response to an emailed question to ensure I had all the information I wanted and didn't have any follow-up questions. He kept me completely updated on the status of my vehicle every step of the way. When I picked the car up, he took me on a final walk around, explained everything that was done, made sure I was happy and answered all of my final questions. I was very impressed. As for the repairs, my car looks brand new and drives perfectly. When I realized there was going to be paint work, I actually had them add on work to repair a scuff that had happened prior to the accident, which I paid for out of pocket. Their estimate on that repair was comparable and even slightly lower than the one I received from the dealership previously. You can't tell my car was even in an accident and the paint was matched exactly. Also, an honorable mention to Veronica at the front desk, who was a pleasure to work with on scheduling, paperwork, payment, etc. She was awesome enough to call me back when they had a cancellation and moved my repair up by like a week, which was a super pleasant surprise. And, when I picked my car up, she was very diligent to make sure the paperwork was correct, and she triple checked that I was charged the right amount (which was tricky because it was my deductible, the repair the insurance paid for and the repair that I paid out of pocket). I'd highly recommend Caliber if you need similar repairs to your vehicle.

A few weeks later, I was not-so-gently reminded that I STILL hadn't brought her car in to be fixed. So while she was out of town for a few days, I dropped it off with Jeff, and two days later had the vehicle back in the garage, fixed right and looking great. At the time of this review, she either hasn't noticed or is working on a complex "thank you". I wish I had known about Jeff and Cody and AMB when I had my sailboat - I might still have it.
