Everyone at this facility was friendly and in good spirits. Nobody enjoys a mammogram, but we laughed our way through. The people at the front were SO kind and the tech was hilarious. My mother likes her care at the local hospital associated radiology. When I called they were very courteous and let me know there was a radiologist who specializes in breast imaging . Sounded great and I accepted an appointment for my mother . Only setback was the radiologist was not there everyday so it took 6 weeks to get an appointment. About 1/2 hour wait in the lobby that's ok,but after mammogram the tech left her computer open when she left the room and I could see every patient name scheduled for that day. Big no no for protecting confidentiality. we then were put in a small dressing room to wait 1.5 hours and no one explained why. ( it really was a dressing room ) next she had an ultrasound .After the ultra sound we were told by the tech everything looked ok but to come in 6 mos to repeat it. I was taken Aback that the radiologist did not come to speak with my mother .since she recommended a 6 month follow up. I won't be bringing her back to this radiology center. I prefer to use the hospital based radiology because of their timeliness, better communication and ease of scheduling.

When I fractured my back last july, I was helped onto the MRI table and they put a little cushion under my back to help me. After explaining that I had the intercostal neuralgia which is causing extreme pain they were extra helpful with getting me on and off the table and allowing me to sit for a few minutes due to the nerve pain before I left. They have always given me a copy of the scan or the mri. I tell everyone about this place because it's the only place I will go if I have a choice.

Anna was our sonographer, and she was absolutely AMAZING at her job. From the moment we walked in, she made me, my husband, and my family feel so welcomed, relaxed, and comfortable. She was warm, patient, and incredibly skilled; talking to me, my family, and even to our baby boy throughout the session . She captured the best little photos of our son -- yawns, smiles, and the sweetest expressions. He definitely helped by being cooperative, but it was so clear that Anna really knows what she's doing. Even my dad commented afterward on how incredible she was at her job, which says a lot. The entire experience was calm, personal, and unforgettable. I couldn't recommend Great Expectations more to any expecting parents looking for a truly special 3D/4D/5D ultrasound experience. I will cherish these memories forever.

Since 2021, my husband and I have had our insurance through Obamacare/ Marketplace. It has been so…read morefrustrating because every single year our chosen insurance gets dropped, or we can't find doctors that accept our chosen insurance and then, I have to reschedule EVERYTHING and still try to keep my prescriptions going even though sometimes my pharmacy even changes. It has been a nightmare. This year Aetna was dropped from marketplace. We love our PCP and so we chose our insurance based on being able to keep our PCP. ALL of my doctor requested annual imaging including, mamogram, chest CT, and bone density were all scheduled at a place that did not take Christus since Christus has their own imaging centers. I made the call to Christus imaging. I was anxiously desperate so I waited on hold for around 20 minutes because I was determined to keep my annuals this year. THEN... I was absolutely blessed to have "Miracle" answer the phone. That was her name and she was ABSOLUTELY wonderfully accomodating, friendly, caring, patient and most importantly... competent. She waited for me while I emailed my orders to scheduling and SHE retrieved them so I could actually get my tests scheduled ASAP. ALL of my tests were scheduled through her coordinating efforts between 2 locations right across the street from each other. She gave me location addresses, instructions and what to expect when I arrive to my appointment IN 2 DAYS! It is people like this that make a company great. I an now looking forward to my healthcare with Christus instead of dreading the year to come with new insurance. I hope Christus lives up to the exceptional standard set by this young lady. Spoken abruptly and rude, we didn't even tell her our name or purpose of being there. After 25 mins of sitting in the waiting room with no information, we finally got called for registration, who was the nicest part of the whole trip. I work in imaging as well and can honestly say she gave horrible customer service and made me not want to come back. The technician was nicer, but the whole experience was one I do not want to do again. I will ask to go somewhere else next time.

She asked great questions, did a quick check and explained what she was prescribing. I started taking what was prescribed by noon, it's 7:15pm and I'm already feeling some relief. Honestly, I have a healthcare background and I had a little attitude with my questions. I feel so much better, needed to find a new urgent care in the area and I found one that's good. Thank you Dr. Heather! ! ! FastAid you could have gotten 5 Stars, why I didn't give it was because apparently your sites don't have access to your server on weekends. Checking your insurance only happens Monday to Friday. Not good, I'm paying for a service not knowing if I'm covered. The second reason was that a group your size should have Point of Care lab instruments that are CLIA Waived onsite. PCR results are available within minutes and during an office visit. Check out your competition, I.e. TexasMed Urgent Care. They do, and were able to tell me my insurance wasn't covered by them anymore. I asked can you suggest anyone else, lucky for you they mentioned FastAid. Let's get some POC Confirmatory testing in office and I'll amend my review adding that 5th Star!!
