She said she was interested in scheduling a project walkthru, and gave me her phone number. Since I'm hard of hearing, I asked if we could instead continue the scheduling discussion via email, to which she agreed, and provided her email address. So I immediately sent her an email... and that was the end of our communication. No response to my email and no further communication via Yelp chat either, despite several prompts from me asking for a response. Completely ghosted. Verdict: Poor communication skills, total waste of my time having engaged with them. Avoid.

I was pleased to find that REenergizeCO did them all and were more than just an installer but on mission to increase energy efficiency. From start to finish communication was fantastic. They first did the insulation and we noticed a difference almost immediately. They also took care of submitting the Xcel rebate paperwork for it. The solar panels and EVSE came a bit later. Again, they took care of all the paperwork with Xcel. The system has been working without flaw since and saving us tons of money in this inflated energy cost environment. We had them out recently to detach and reset the panels for a roof replacement. They took the opportunity to slightly tweak the layout for better efficiency. Still the same commitment to quality!

Kristyn was very responsive and helpful in guiding me through the Xcel rebate program making sure I knew how to qualify for and maximize my rebate. Seth and Damion were also great installers who overcame every obstacle that my old house threw at them. I also had Hybrid Handyman do my Xcel Home Energy Audit with infrared since other companies were not responding to my request and they just got certified to do it.
