Theta Float Spa is the best spa in town. You won't regret a single dollar spent here. The staff at Theta is wonderful, and genuinely invested in both the experience and the customer. I can NOT emphasize enough through Yelp how friendly and kind I've found the people there to be, and they go to exquisite effort to ensure your experience at Theta is a pleasurable one. The Infrared Saunas are to DIE for. If you have not tried an infrared sauna before, I highly recommend letting Theta introduce you. Unlike regular saunas that make it difficult for me to breathe, I do have asthma, I never have trouble breathing in the infrared saunas at Theta. So relaxing, and you'll feel so energized and relaxed afterward. Lastly, and best of all- The Floating. The sensory deprivation tanks/Isolation tanks. Whatever you wish to call them. I came in there for a good fire and ice session and woman at the front desk gave me the stank eye. It was a fun first time I just wish I wasn't given an uncomfortable stare like I didn't belong there. I was even nice to you, hopefully something changes. Also another woman made a comment that I was a stripper and the woman laughed at it. Not cool. You don't know these people and it was a disrespectful and disgusting comment. read more

My wife and I have been to their cold plunge + sauna room a few times now and feel amazing afterwards every time. The dopamine rush feels great for the couple of hours afterwards. This review is for a deep tissue massage. The inside of the building is very nice, comfortable, and relaxing. My massage was very good. Jen does a great job! She made sure I was okay with the amount of pressure in several areas. I felt like she did a lot of work on me and used the time well. The room was darkened, relaxing, with good background music and a really comfortable massage table. Great setting. Everything made for an immersive experience. I felt pampered, respected, and helped. Even the checkout process was done well, with an email receipt that verified my tip amount as a separate line item. I hope to be back soon for another session. read more

An amazing experience that everyone needs to have at least once in their lives. You know some mornings when you wake up and your bed is the perfect temperature and parts of your body that you forgot that you had are relaxed and you never want to leave? It's like that combined with floating in the ocean minus the bad parts, like sharks and riptides! I was super nervous about floating (first time) and Matt talked me down me instantly with his knowledge and the relaxed atmosphere of the lobby sets the mindset towards calming down. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Theta Float Spa, nor do I have words to explain the profound meditative state I was able to achieve during my 90 minute session. I read extensively about sensory deprivation prior to my arrival and meditate frequently without the benefit of the tank, but nothing could have prepared me for the reality of climbing inside. And the fun didn't stop once I clambered back into reality. Instead, I found myself in a state of moderate euphoria for the rest of the day. not since I was a child growing up in a beach town in cali have I experienced something so calming and wonderful. the first thing I noticed after settling in was that I was completely pain free everywhere. with fibro and arthritis that is a huge deal. then as I floated it brought back so many great memories of floating in the pacific ocean as a child when life was easy and care free.
