I am very expressive and tend to raise and furrow my eyebrows often. At age 26 I already had lines of wrinkles forming on my forehead. Dr. Patel was able to do injections so they reduced the amount of raising and lowering I could do with my eyebrows and still look natural while helping to prevent further wrinkling. Their customer/patient service is very poor! I have left two messages with the nurses station…read morerequesting a call back to ask about what dosage I should give my daughter because it's not in the packaging. I never received a call back! Then my husband went in person asking to speak to someone and they told him they were too busy. They would call him back soon. Two days later still no call, so he made one last attempt with leaving a message for a nurse to call him back. Still waiting... We will not be returning to this office.

They wanted my insurance information beforehand so I gave it.. I left the office then they billed my insurance causing me to have to pay a deductible. I called management, they apologized then refunded my money. I should have filed with the BBB then but didn't. I went in this year for my annual free skin check & had to go back the week after because I thought that I forgot to ask about a spot & they dI'd it again twice. $640 for 5 minutes of their time. This time I've called for a manager 6 times to get this straightened out with but they keep playing games & sweeping me under the rug wasting my time. The receptionist even told me that there is no boss of the Clermont office manager lol STAY AWAY FROM CLERMONT ADVANCED DERMATOLOGY. This time I'm filing a complaint with the BBB & disputing their charges with my insurance.
