Naturally, I agreed. What they didn't say is that this little shave qualified as "surgery" and I was going to owe them a lot more money. 2nd visit, they found another spot, shaved some off and sent it for a biopsy. Again, I was billed for a "surgery". I was then told I had to have the spot removed. Now I have a two-inch-long scar across my back, racked up charges for three surgeries, yet the biopsies came back benign. When bills started arriving indicating that I owed them hundreds upon hundreds more than the co-pays I had already given them, my insurance company said it was because I've had three surgeries when I was told two of them were just office visits. In my opinion, Dr. Gurgen is a specialist at bilking people out of their money!

Called yesterday 6/1/2022 and Patty/Nurse said she would call back this morning. No call back this morning so I have called twice and the office puts me on hold - never responds to the call.
