My wife and I scheduled for consults on a Saturday two weeks ago. We received a call asking to move it to Friday due to the doctor changing their schedule. We ended up moving it to the following Saturday. As we arrived on time, we filled our paperwork and had photos taken of each of us. We were placed in a waiting room and told we would be seen shortly. A friend of a friend recommended Dr. McEwan to us. We went for a consult not realizing that she wouldn't be doing it and it would only be a sales person trying to get us to do a procedure. We asked to meet with her. They set up a virtual meeting - the first time we got a message that she would be late and would text us when she was free She never did. I had a free consultation with Dr. Johnson who was absolutely wonderful. He was professional but also personable and easy to talk to. He took the time to thoroughly explain the procedures, offered suggestions and answered all my questions. His past experience and obvious confidence in what he would be able to do for me provided reassurance and a lot of hope. The staff were as nice as they could be.
