I stopped by to get morning fuel in my personal cup, To-Go. Mercedes is shift supervisor here. She's been with Starbucks company for eight years. Experience can be seen through everything she does. She was friendly and very helpful. After she filled my personal cup, at some point during our conversation about this location, she asked, "Would you like cup of water to go on your road trip?" "Yes please that would be great!" That is ultimate customer service! When you can anticipate what a customer may need before customer asks. Since they opened this location April of 2025, it looks great inside with modern designs. Bathroom was clean and has a modern design, 3-in-1 chrome faucet. It comes with soap dispenser, water and hand dryer. The atmosphere was large with plenty of seating. As you first walk in, you're greeted by friendly baristas. You will find four black, leather chairs by the entrance with round tables. To the left of the entrance, a large wall of windows, allowing natural lighting. Against the windows, you will find large leather bench seating with six tables and six chairs. Next to that seating arrangement you'll also find additional seating. Three high tables with six high chairs. Patio is also decently sized, facing the busy street. It offers seven tables with fourteen chairs. Overall, it was a great experience with a good location. I'm hoping to return here soon and sit awhile. Definitely stop by and enjoy your visit. I recommend it.

He was professional, respectful, and consistently provided better service than most of the staff combined. Since he's been gone, the drop in quality has been obvious. Slower service, worse attitudes, and an overall lack of effort -- it honestly feels like management got rid of one of the few people holding this place together. When you push out your best workers, don't be surprised when customers stop showing up too. Whoever made this decision clearly has no idea how to recognize good employees or run a functional team. Instead of supporting the people who make customers want to return, this location seems determined to drive away both hardworking staff and loyal patrons. Until there's serious accountability and better leadership, I can't recommend this McDonald's to anyone. If this is how they treat their best employees, it says everything customers need to know about what's going on behind the counter.
