If I could rate with 0, I would. Took my computer in 2 weeks ago. Something was wrong with my power supply, went and purchased a new one but had to have someone connect chords. I gave them my computer, the old power supply and a box with the new power supply. 2 weeks go by and hear nothing from them. Called and they hadn't even bothered to diagnose it or look at it. Went to go pick it up and they have no idea where the box with the other power supply is. Kept pulling out other people's boxes, offering other people's parts and had NO CLUE where they put mine. Extremely disorganized, no clue what items belong to what customers and truly could care less about time and management. I was referred to this company by a friend saying they're "the best" but clearly they are not. Disappointed, in addition to loosing $100 parts to my computer, it was never looked at or fixed. Now I have to find another repair shop and pay to replace the parts they lost in addition to fixing what was already wrong. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! read more

One of the most pleasant, informative and economical experiences I've had with a business! My computer basically died - most likely from a combination of needing a new battery and my lack of maintenance with good virus protection. I called around to ask how much it would be to attempt to restore my data, thinking I'd need to buy a new laptop for sure. I couldn't even turn it on and had important docs on there that I hadn't backed up. A few places quoted more than $100. One - right up the street from Think Green - quoted me $165. Then, I called John and he said he could try for $50. When I brought the laptop in, he and his team then told me the laptop itself was good quality, with a fast processor and I may not need to buy a new one. They said they would check it out and get back to me. They also offered to fix the faulty battery port that prevented it from charging normally/fully - AT NO CHARGE! When the called back, it turned out it needed a new battery but the info could be restored and I wouldn't need to buy a new laptop. They saved me hundreds of dollars and were truly interested in helping me keep using my laptop, instead of buying more things I don't need. The name for this company could not be more accurate. They really are trying to reduce, reuse and recycle - something we could all stand to do more of! Thank you, Think Green for helping me and helping our planet! read more

I originally came in to have my screen repaired on my laptop and long story short, some things went a wrong and my entire board needed to be replaced. These guys found a replacement laptop (which was actually an upgrade) extremely fast and transferred all my data. They ended up letting me trade the broken laptop for this replacement. I was ONLY charged the original price of the original repair. Needless to say, these guys are extremely generous and professional. read more

Incredible service at a very reasonable price. I took my 10 year old MacBook Pro here to see if they could bring it back to life. They tuned it up so well, I don't think it's ever run faster. They did this for a fraction of what 2 other shops in town were going to charge me. I can't recommend them more highly.
