So five minutes later I'm called in through txt ...mind you I'm parked in front so no one has come out or went in...so how are six customers in front of me? I transferred 6 phones and spent over $2100 in this process. They have refused to process the buy out because the agents in their process supposedly neglected to have me sign a document of intent. ***I want and deserve the $2100 promised to me for initiating these transfers. However they refuse to stand behind their policy and tell me it is too late to adjust because X document was not provided or me to sign.
