From start to finish, they were conscientious and professional. Their follow up and attention to detail was superb. On the day of the event, Alecia and team, including the owner, Justin, came to run our event. The set-up was amazing, the food delicious and they were so helpful and fun to work with. I was late to my own wedding because I had to stay and lock the house up. I talked to Michael many times throughout this process and he continually made promises he couldn't keep and proved to be very unreliable. The bartenders at the wedding were also very inexperienced and rude. I really regret hiring Michael and garnish with a smile, it was the main source of frustration leading up to our big day. Mark has developed a beautiful and sophisticated menu and every single one of my guests were blown away. I went through several other food tests and none were as responsive or had as fantastic of a product. And this is coming from a very picky eater who has been incredibly spoiled due to living in Italy and being raised by fantastic cooks. Kari is incredibly helpful and put up with my husband and my constant indecision and was super responsive, which took a HUGE load off my plate in a very stressful period.
