I was told to call again because it turns out my items are not yet ready. I called again today after work asking about when will it be ready and I just really got annoyed on the manner the staff responded. I didn't like how he raised his voice on me and constantly interrupting while I was still talking. Kindly train your staff to address customer's concerns properly and politely and not sounding as if the customer should just accept poor service!

Then when I put it in a dryer the dryer quit halfway through the cycle. So I moved it into another dryer, put in 75 cents and the dryer took my money but wouldn't start. Long story short I spent 12 dollars to wash one small load of clothes which I had to take to another laundromat and spend 1.50 to get it dry. The owner seemed to think I had overloaded the machines. I really didn't it was a small load. Give this place a pass unless you want to have a bad experience wasting your time and your money.
