I didn't like how he raised his voice on me and constantly interrupting while I was still talking. Always clean and convenient! I read some of comments and I too have lost money in the car wash on one occasion but the soap and wax tanks are always full and working so I am grateful. The last time I went to a full service car wash I paid close to $30.00... ouch. If I move quickly, I can wash and vacuum my car for 6 or 7 dollars. Not bad at all. I know that the manager could use some sensitivity training but so can some customers. Be nice to get nice. All I can say is that it works for us.
