I was told to call again because it turns out my items are not yet ready. I didn't like how he raised his voice on me and constantly interrupting while I was still talking. Kindly train your staff to address customer's concerns properly and politely and not sounding as if the customer should just accept poor service!

Then when I put it in a dryer the dryer quit halfway through the cycle. So I moved it into another dryer, put in 75 cents and the dryer took my money but wouldn't start. Long story short I spent 12 dollars to wash one small load of clothes which I had to take to another laundromat and spend 1.50 to get it dry. The owner seemed to think I had overloaded the machines. Always clean and convenient! I read some of comments and I too have lost money in the car wash on one occasion but the soap and wax tanks are always full and working so I am grateful. The last time I went to a full service car wash I paid close to $30.00... ouch. If I move quickly, I can wash and vacuum my car for 6 or 7 dollars. Not bad at all. I know that the manager could use some sensitivity training but so can some customers. Be nice to get nice. All I can say is that it works for us.
