Staff was super friendly and I was greeted throughout my entire store visit. I was offered help twice as well. I knew what I wanted and I grabbed a few things and checked out their clearance sections per usual. They do have some really great deals on summer toys right now at 40% off, which is very tempting given hot Florida days! Overall: A+ Out of the way from our house, but definitely worth a little bit of an extra hike for a great experience.

An instructor led us from beginning to end making a bowl. They were very thorough, patient, and welcoming. We sat down on the wheel forming our clay within minutes, I'd say we had our fully formed bowls within 30-45 minutes. They pulled them for us and began drying them for us to glaze at the tables with the turntables. The place was pretty empty so they let us take our time with glaze. Overall a great experience! Would definitely recommend for a date, family outing, or any other event. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's worth a visit and there are memberships available as well!

I was able to let my creativity flow and do my plate. It was relax and very enjoyable at the same time! Finally after two hours I was done. As it turns out the owners Mark and Jena Miller who own M & F Fabrics, LLC, also own the Calico stores in Sarasota and Naples Florida. This store was poorly run and in response to months of attempts to find resolution all I received was an email stating this matter had been resolved without a signature. That's right no name was signed, I do not know who this email came from. In my opinion, this store treated me unfairly and the manager, Jasmine Ortiz behaved unprofessionally by telling me they would remake my valances for 4 months and then reneging. It is my opinion, that consumers should not do business with them.
