Got super excited when I saw all the cars there and then we went in and we were instantly welcomed which was nice. The place is very large and fun to walk around but the prices of things....DAM! I was shocked at the prices of old glasses and or plates. Not what I was there for but good to know it's a store I never need to go to again. This is more of a knick-knack experience, so much to see from the late 1800's to today. Maybe not the 2000s....but up to the 2000s. Opened in 2008, 20,000 square feet of space with 100 individual vendors...it is truly a comprehensive experience. This mall and others like it probably are better suited to true history buffs. I like antiques that are still functional and don't have that "old" smell. I enjoyed looking around and even found some things that I may purchase, however, Im on a mission to find furniture at reasonable prices.

Some of the items that sparked my interest on this visit were the stained-glass lamp, the original art work (blowout sale 50% off), the custom hand-made jewelry, a unique selection of piano music, and several vintage lighters. The staff here are very friendly, and they do have a public restroom and air conditioning which is great because there is literally no shade to be found in Leesburg. The bad news is this Antique store is closing down because the building is being sold. Its sad to see this place go after all these years but hopefully the small businesses located in this Antique mall/shop are able to find another location here in Leesburg.

Many booths seem to have "newer" antique stuff, geared more towards the 1950s. Vintage 46 only opened in April of 2018 but by the amount of stuff they have you would think they have been here forever. Vintage 46 is set up in perfectly organized theme rooms. Themes include collectibles, European, shabby chic, a room like your grandmothers, steam punk, and a man cave. Among the different rooms they sell furniture, home goods, clothing, and accessories. I got a kick out of seeing the Star Wars glasses I used to collect as a kid from Burger King. I also loved the darling Grandma's room. I asked if prices were firm and it depends on the item. The Village Antique Mall is conveniently open seven days a week with plenty of free parking in front. Bring your sense of adventure and prepare to spend some time here because there are at least 60 vendors over 12,000 square feet of building. The mall's layout is a maze of aisles and nooks begging to be explored. Each of the booths were set up attractively by theme with so many items to investigate. Inventory included antique furniture, clothes, jewelry, accessories, books, textiles, ceramics, glass, lighting, home goods, vintage toys, holiday decorations, steampunk, antiques, and vintage items. Some of the things that caught my eye were a wall of vintage Tupperware, my beloved vintage Pyrex, uranium glass, an Elvis bust, and beautiful stained glass lamps. If you collect something, they probably have it. Visiting this store is like time traveling through the history of the American home. So many memories are sure to be sparked. Whether you're an avid collector or simply enjoy the thrill of discovering hidden gems, there is no telling what you will find at the Village Antique Mall. If there is a drawback to shopping here, it would be the prices are on the high side. The friendly staff and huge selection however were an added bonus.

It's near the restaurant that was converted from an old gas station. There was a good amount of parking for the mall when I went in the late afternoon. This is another location where vendors rent space in the mall and sell their goods under one roof. Any purchases are taken to the front to be rung up and paid for. This one was a bit more organized in the respective stalls and had a good balance of collectibles, home decor, clothing, accessories, and miscellaneous items. I personally saw more retro or modern items in the booths this time versus true antiques or vintage items I feel. Staff were friendly and welcoming to everyone in there.

The owner asked him how much he thought it was all worth. The man guessed at $300. The owner said no much more, and gave him $700 for the items. They even give you an EMF reader to detect "energy" to see if a ghost is nearby. Ours actually spiked a few times! The store has a tarot room off to the side where you can get a reading. It was roped off when we were there. There was a jewelry designer on-site and an author who was also the shop owner. I bought one of the many books she had for sale and she autographed it for me. There are many treasures for sale in this shop, and we all chose our treats. Lots of handmade jewelry, some real antiques, books, tarot cards and crystals. Such a fun place and one of our favorite shops in the area.
