The waiting room is very inviting and the atmosphere and decor makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. You'll feel like you're in modern home; which is great, especially if you're nervous about going to the dentist! If you get a filling; the dentist assistant prepping me would allow me to choose what I wanted to watch on television with the headphones on. This would help ease any anxiety or hearing the drill in my mouth. Dr. Felton always does an amazing, pain-free procedure and making sure I'm doing okay! Very smooth and comfortable experience. When I come in for my routine cleaning. The dentist hygienist would ask me questions that show they really know me as an individual, which makes me feel like a valued patient here. I always leave with a fantastic cleaned pearly whites. They used to hand out goodie bags that included toothbrush, floss and mouthwash. I think now they cut corners to save and no longer give out manual toothbrush which doesn't matter to me since I use an electronic toothbrush. Overall: the staff and dentists is very knowledgeable about what they do. It's just a friendly environment and kind of make you feel at "home."
