I provided the details on the online form about having a potential flat tire so I thought when the driver came that he would check the tire to confirm that it needed to be towed. AAA is supposed to provide roadside assistance so I would've expected that if he was able to fix the tire, he would've. Once it was towed and dropped off at the tire shop, they confirmed that yes, there was a large chunk of rubber missing but that it was completely safe to drive and was not actually losing air. They expressed their frustration with the tow truck driver for not doing his due diligence. I'm inclined to believe the tire shop since they could've made an easy sale and I wouldn't have questioned it. So now I've used up 1 of the 3 tows we get for the year for nothing. We pay a lot of money for this service so it's really unfortunate that they would take advantage like this.

This year, it took me two days, and probably 14 hours invested, with only a handful of new quotes and not a single agent across 8 hours of outreach interested in quoting the entire portfolio (e.g. mulitple homes, vehicles, RV, motorcycles, etc.). Enter Divide Agency, or specifically, Stephen. Stephen answered his own phone on the first ring, and listening patiently while I explained what I was trying to do. By now, I feel like it was close to 4pm. We stuck out a lengthy call, and decided money could be saved across a couple lines, but not others. Stephen worked in my favor, exclusively, never pushing or pressuring a product or shift that didn't make sense. He took time to explain and clarify understandings I'd help for decades, that were no longer accurate. Even if it meant the call took us to nearly 7pm. Let me please be clear with what I am saying above, I wanted to send all my business to the guy, and he declined it anywhere it didn't make significant financial sense, then took the time to explain it to me and answer everyone question I asked. I had been with another agency with an agent for 15 years and that agent left the business and was replaced with an unorganized agent that screwed up our billing, so I left the agency, found another agency that didn't have agents and had a terrible experience, so after a year of bad experiences, it was such a relief to find Mike. For me, being able to doing my insurance business mostly via email is huge. I don't want to call an 800 number and wait on hold forever. I love being able to email Mike my updates, mileage, questions, etc. He's very prompt in his replies and very thorough in his answers. And if I do need to call, Heidi is super helpful and friendly. And he's been a huge help twice in recommending other services - he recommended the most amazing mortgage broker (Cindi Taylor - see my review) and he helped me out with roofer recommendations. On top of all that amazing service, we are now paying less than we were with the other two companies and we are better insured.
