There was not one single employee that EVER had an attitude, was cross or ac like the were unapproachable. Bre was my therapist who was not only great at muscle manipulation but in tune with the interior workings of my injured shoulder. She is really amazing! The young people who guided me through the strengthening exercises were also absolutely enjoyable. Liam, Dominic, Pierce and Jen were all very careful, helpful and supportive every step of the way. I'm a distance runner and have completed 5 marathons and did not want to give up running. Dr Mayo did complete X-rays of knees and pelvic region and did a very thorough physical exam/ assessment of my knees. He did not dismiss me. He listened! He determined that I had some muscle imbalance tightness contributing to tracking of my patella. Ordered a prescription anti inflammatory and PT.
