Because of him refusing to treat me, stating he believed my hardware had shifted from the accident, and referred me to an orthopedic surgeon, I am now BROKEN hardware free and back to seeing him a month postop. He is the reason. Had he not refused to see me, i would have never known, i wouldn't have had surgery, and i wouldn't be getting a settlement. Aside from God, I owe him my freedom. 4th generation really makes a difference, and it shows in my ability to perform daily needs. People to surgery i could not, and was paying people to help me. I always walk in to a smile and a pup. Renee is an absolute delight to talk to, iabsolutely adore her positive warm personality, and Vicki is the absolute sweetest Doberman I've ever met, and I've met several sweethearts. She's like the office therapy dog. This place has a family feel, not a paycheck, and I won't waste my or anyone else's time elsewhere. Dr Hagan is the absolute best in his field in my opinion. Thank you y'all for everything, especially for the priceless gift of motion.

So a stat order that should have been taken care of is not a stat order and now will have to make an appointment for imaging all why wife is in major pain. Don't worry this office I'm sure will send a fat bill for procedures that can't be done

One month ago (August, 2025) So far I've only met with a…read moreprovider once. She was mostly kind, but was very late to our appointment. Today was supposed to be our second over-the-phone appointment. It was scheduled for 10am. I also work in the field of mental and behavioral health, so I know that scheduled times are important to be very upheld. It is now 10:41am. I called the office at 10:15am and was told I was marked as "ready." I called again now, and was told the same thing. I have to take scheduled time off work for these appointments. I left a review the last time this happened, but received apologies from the establishment so I chose to delete the review. I will leave this one here, as Ive yet to form an opinion on the provided service last just yet. I'm doing my best to assume positive intentions and will continue to do so in the future. This affects my life and the lives of my own patients when I take scheduled time off to make it on time for these appointments. I will speak to my provider today about these concerns in hopes that this issue is resolved for future appointments. (September 22, 2025) This was supposed to be my third appointment with Dr. Amaris Bell through this establishment. The last two appointments she was EXTREMELY (I mean HOURS) late. Today I had an appointment at 4pm as at our last appointment she expressed that at this time, she would less likely have patients before me that would run into our appointment time. That is super understandable, as I am a mental health professional myself. It is now 7pm. I checked in, I called, left voicemails. My appointment was at 4pm. I live out of town, and purposefully spent an hour waiting for her call so I would not be driving when she did. Finally I decided to get my 10 year old home as we live an hour away from town. This is rediculous! People rearrange their lives thinking they'll get the care they need. The last two appointments really messed up my work schedule and I had to move my own clients around. What is this business going to do to make this right?! Please don't make an appointment via telehealth or telephone with this establishment. They clearly have no compassion or care for their patients.
