I rushed my precious 14 month old in due to high fever with fast breathing and we were cared for quickly from time of check-in. The nurse was so kind and diligent checking him. We then had a little wait until the doctor came in and my son was not having it and was crying loud enough to be heard the room over. I finally got him calmed, and when Dr. Trinh came in he approached tactfully as he knew he had just recovered from the big melt down. He was soo calm and gentle and was able to diagnose my son's pneumonia quickly. I wish every pediatric appointment would be this swift and accurate. I am so grateful for my son's care!

Very rude front desk staff, supervisor threatened to call the police on me after I questioned their mask requirements (my question was why staffers behind the receptionist area were not wearing masks while patients and parents had to). Refused to acknowledge any studies that I had with me that showed the ineffectiveness of masks. The place has basically turned into a factory of "get the kids in, give them shots, get them out."

I'm happy to say that since I started seeing Dr Marchand, I have had no problems with ingrown toe nails (not good for a practicing diabetic) where previously it was a huge problem.
