Well that all changed today when my father convinced me to go for a three week bout of nearly every illness one can get. I was able to book an appointment for the same hour, and the front desk was super flexible when I was running late. Once I arrived, I was taken in within 2 mins and brought to a clean, private space. Aidan was amazing and truly took the time listen, ask follow-up questions, and let me know what to expect for the remainder of the visit. He is a gem and his personality helped make me feel comfortable and taken care of. Dr. Gold took the time to go through my history, every single noted symptom as well as some I hadn't even mentioned. He took his time with the physical exam, even double checking and making sure not to miss anything. They ran a rapid strep, flu, and Covid test as well as a chest x-ray on-site, with the results given within 10 minutes. My only regret is waiting as long as I did to be seen because, unfortunately, there was nothing they could treat me for. I will not hesitate to return in the future.

I have seen you or your NP, Mr. Abraham Ballah for my current condition with my back pain. The medication prescribed has been helping to get my pain from level 8 to level 5. An x-ray was ordered on the day that I saw Mr. Ballah. No one reached out to me to tell me my results. On 9/9 I left my job in an ambulance to the Emergency Department because of the pain in my back. The ED doctor suggested an MRI to see the Spine Center. The MRI was done on 9/8. However, the MRI was not read by the time of my appointment at the Spine Center with Jason Langlois, PA. on 9/18. It was a wasted appointment. I faxed my paperwork for PLML. You then referred me to the Spine Center to sign off on my PLML paperwork. Upon contacting the Spine Center, I was told that they do not sign off of PLML paperwork. I was also told by the representative that my PCP is supposed to help me with this. I spoke to the Dr. Chen at my appointment at the Spine Center on 10/18 about helping me with the PLML paperwork, and she told me that she has not ever done that. You, Dr. Semaan have basically dusted your hands with my care about my back situation once I saw the Spine Center on 9/18. I have been out of work since 9/9 due to my condition. My financial income has been severely my ability to pay my medical bills and caused a great deal of anxiety as well as bad mental health. I am unable to go back to work until a doctor listens to me. You, Dr. Semaan are my primary doctor. Which means to me that you are the doctor that should be my first PATIENT ADVOCATE! The person that referred you to me has left your care due to your poor bed side manner and lack of care for your patients. I will need to find another provider. After waiting for 43 minutes in the patient room, NO CONTACT WITH ANYONE ABOUT THE WAIT TIME. At 9:30am I had to open the door and ask the nurse at the front desk how much longer?? She said another 15 minutes because the Doctor was with a patient, mind you I had an appointment scheduled to avoid this type of wait time and the app said that nobody was ahead of me in the scheduling time slot. At 9:48am, the doctor strolls in. No introduction as to who she is and no apologies about the wait time. Then goes to tell me I just need to stretch due to my serve back pain and can barley bend over to attempt to touch my toes. No common curtesy of wasting my time when I had to be at work for 10am, WHICH WAS A 20 MINUTE DRIVE. This is why I even scheduled an 8:30am appointment to make it to work on time. After "diagnosing" after a 3 minute appointment, I walk out and one of the nurses is just taking a casual nap at the nurses station!! What joke this place is!! COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! THIS LOCATION IS AWFUL. AVOID THIS PLACE IF POSSIBLE!! THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST EXPEIRENCE AT AN URGENT CARE I HAVE EVER HAD. ZERO STARS !!!!!!!!!

I love that he will see you very quickly for a sick visit, often the same day! His office is efficient and good with follow-through and referrals. We saw him for about eight years after our longtime doctor retired, and before we retired and moved out of state. I wish we still had him. I recommend him highly, especially if you don't need your hand held or require fawning attention.
