A completely different material and not at all what we had picked out and paid for. I immediately called them to ask when they could back and fix this and they said they couldn't come and install the correct counters for another WEEK. We had to reschedule our plumber and we were without a working sink for over a week. When they came to install the correct counters, they brought two counters with completely different corners that sit across from each other and one has a chipped edge. Save yourself a headache and go with a different fabricator.

When circumstances arose with a given subcontractor's schedule, Carter let us know in advance. He had already figured out how he would deal with the situation (or had already dealt with it). The subcontractors were always kind, respectful, competent in their various trades, and respectful of our home. We had two bathrooms completely remodeled (one of them was also enlarged), a hardwood floor installed in three bedrooms and a game room, doorways widened and new doors installed. The existing deck was enlarged and screened in (using materials that exactly matched). In addition, several items of assistive equipment were installed. Any changes we desired were accommodated.
