Project manager Carter was everything you would hope for, but never really expected. Scott was there to back up or otherwise help as needed. Daily communication occurred (often multiple times during a given day) on a Prestige-created text thread. We virtually always knew where the project was on the timeline and were never left wondering. When circumstances arose with a given subcontractor's schedule, Carter let us know in advance. He had already figured out how he would deal with the situation (or had already dealt with it). The subcontractors were always kind, respectful, competent in their various trades, and respectful of our home. We had two bathrooms completely remodeled (one of them was also enlarged), a hardwood floor installed in three bedrooms and a game room, doorways widened and new doors installed. The existing deck was enlarged and screened in (using materials that exactly matched). In addition, several items of assistive equipment were installed. Any changes we desired were accommodated. Multiple delays, questionable skilled labor, workers who cannot speak English, things to things to think about. Quality of craftsmanship, no Plummer or electrician to install and move both. Things that make you go hmm. Yard and lawn damage, over $10,000 worth. It's not just the wwork that was meant to be done, but the quality and industry standards applied. A cake can look so good and apatizing. But when you cut into the cake, you discover it's made of expanding foam. Is that a real cake, baked with care? Or a sugar icing coating just to look good. We first met Jay who came to our home to give us an estimate and we expressed our priorities for our major home remodel were transparency, communication and to be as stress-free as possible. Jay and his team went over and beyond our expectations! And they did it in half the time promised by other companies. John was our project manager and he was a blessing to work with. John worked very hard and had a great team of professional subcontractors (electrician, plumbers, HVAC, installers, etc) who made our vision for our home come true in a better way than we could have imagined. We are still in awe of the paradise they have created for us with our kitchen, living room, floors, bedrooms, primary bedroom and the spa that is now our primary bathroom (steam room and all!). We recently finished our first renovation with Prestige Remodeling. I would give them 10 stars if possible. Scott Harris was our first contact, he made the whole process easy and fun from the very beginning. We added a bathroom to our house, knocked out a wall to accomodate a new larger kitchen, re-did all our floors, added built in closets and bookshelves and reconfigured bedrooms. The whole team was absolutely amazing. Their constant communication was key for us, as it allowed us to plan our days accordingly in advance. With kids that makes a world of difference. Jon and Cody were our project managers. They were present every day. Both were very down to earth, knowledgeable and friendly. They were extremely diligent in their inspections of work being done. Their presence made us confident in knowing we could leave our home for the day and come back to a job very well done. We were also on a text chain with Scott, Cody and Jon. Again, the open and easy communication was amazing. The teams who did the demo, gas, electric, plumbing, tile, stone, glass and floors were all awesome. They were dedicated and efficient, and also friendly. They all kept us in the loop while each project was being done in order to allow for knowledge of the timeline and changes if we wanted. Jennifer and Laura were amazing in design help. Picking out tile, paint, fixtures, etc. can be a very overwhelming experience, but with their help and intuition, the process was easy and enjoyable. I felt they understood the style of my husband and I which made for a smooth experience. Tiger Cabinetry's product is absolutely beautiful. Their customer service was also outstanding. They checked and rechecked their work to ensure a beautiful end product. Wade did our built-ins, custom closets, wainscotting, paneling, trim and put in a mantle with corbels. He was so pleasant and patient with me as I changed some things mid plan and made additions. He helped with ideas for woodwork design throughout the process and everything he did turned out absolutely stunning. I could go on and on. I hope I didn't miss anyone because everyone we worked with deserves a ton of praise and thanks for making our house a home. Lee and the team at Prestige did an amazing job on our complete kitchen overhaul. This was our first project of this type and we didn't really know what to expect or ask for. We told Lee what we wanted to accomplish and what we wanted the kitchen to feel like, and he went to work making our vision a reality. We hired Prestige to enclose our screened in porch to create an all season room. They were great to work with, taking time to understand what we were looking for and making it happen.
