Now I don't mind going at all. I may feel a little sore afterwards, but they constantly take care of you by using a tens unit, heat, ice and a massage gun. additionally, my therapist massages my bad shoulder and it feels phenomenal. I can tell that it's slowly gonna get better. they actually care about you here. I've been to other physical therapy places where they just want their money. This place actually cares about you and wants to make sure that you heal properly. I highly recommend this place and I highly recommend JJ but they're all fantastic.

I have been working with Ashley the whole time! She is by far the best Physical Therapist hands down! I have had Therapy in the past, but never recovered this fast. I thought my golf season was not going to happen this year, but she has managed to make it happen. She is a miracle worker and is very knowledgeable in her field. Hanna Longendyke, Brittney Mack, and Anthony Soares have all helped me. Mostly I work with Hanna and Brittney, but everyone is great at their job. I also compliment Angelica at the reception desk - she is welcoming and helpful. My care has been excellent. I am pressed to do more, but always in a caring and professional manner. These therapists have encouraged me in ways that help me both in the office and out of it. I could not be happier.

Repsher physical therapy is such a caring place from the wonderful people that greet you in the office to all the therapists on the floor that guide you through your recovery. I worked with Brandon for 8 weeks and learned how to improve my back issues with exercises targeted to strengthen my muscles and core. He was amazing and has helped me so much! So, I decided to try them one more time hoping that maybe their billing staff had improved. They actually messed up the billing yet again. They sent me a copy of the insurance company billing instructions I had given them for my file. It specified the name of the insurance company and the exact address and contact information. They ended up sending the billing to a completely different insurance company - that has been out of business for many years - totally ignoring the information they acknowledged they had in my file. Although they have some terrific PT folks their ongoing billing errors create more aggravation than I am willing to deal with.,

I went by what she said and asked me to do even tho I was extremely uncomfortable with her requests. I had zero input and also zero knowledge this was going on. This left me no option but to discontinue their "services". Yeah, they are "different" and not necessarily in a good way either. I went here for Physical Therapy after my total hip replacement. My PT was knowledgeable and…read more challenged me to do the work in a fun way. My issue is with the reception staff. I had made a series of appointments in advance and at one point I found I was double booked with something g else. I called to switch one day for a time later in the week. While I was in the phone with her it was clear to me she was doing something else and I didn't get a good feeling she was getting my schedule change correctly but she told me she got it and I hung up. The office has a texting system the notifies you 24 hours prior to your next appointment. The following week I became suspicious when I received a text 24 hours prior to the appointment I had cancelled. To avoid any problems and the possibility of incurring a charge I called the office to confirm that my appointment had been changed. It had not. I fixed the issue and hung up. The next day I should have received a text message confirming my next appointment but I never did. Again I became suspicious. The next day I navigated icy conditions to go to the office for my appointment and I was told I didn't have one. I was told this after she was typing on the computer because she said that her other hand was cold and she needed to warm it on a portable heater. I was told they would squeeze me in but I opted to leave and cancel my remaining appointments. Reception is the first contact with patients and attention should be paid to them as well all sensitivity to peoples time and schedules

I totally screwed up my neck and my health plan recommended Comprehensive for my physical therapy…read more I'm adversely biased to whoever my health plan recommends but Deb Ciprioni and her staff has been pretty good in getting back to my old self. They listen, evaluate and work with you. My only complaint is that they tend to over schedule themselves some times. I've been to a few different physical therapists and I would definitely recommend them.
