So first things first I would never recommend this company. If you end up going to this company do not go with the lady named Lisa. After she gets your payment she will ignore you and even block your emails if you ask too many questions. Secondly the company's they use to build houses are not worth the money they're selling them as. They will come pretty damaged and non of the appliances will work or at-least that's how it is for my house. When it came to my process with them they didn't add Everything they said they would. We told them that we are moving onto a property with nothing and need everything to be into the loan which includes water and electricity however they never mentioned that, that would not included the water meter or the electrical box and wiring from the pole. They over price there stuff. There are a tone of people who haven't posted there bad reviews but have talked about there shitty experience on Facebook so make sure to do extensive research and look at what everyone is saying about this company which is nothing good. Buyer Beware!! Unless you want your new home to take over a year, you want to be told you ask to many questions or want to be told "if you didn't complain so much it would be done". This company will treat you like they are above you! We have had issue with this company and their lack of communication since day one. We have asked about our foundation and been told "it's to code" five times, even when we were asking what kind it was and why there were parts obviously missing. We've been treated like they are doing us a favor even though we are paying them for a product and a service. We have been yelled at and treated like worthless trash by this company for over a year and still after we closed and live on the house are still having issues with them. The owner Jackie came to our property turned on the water stayed for a hour and left two days later when we return to the property the master bath was flood. Thomas homes told us it wasn't there problem it was the manufacturer even though they turned the water on!!! Then he came to my property the next day and proceeded to tell me how much he has done for us outside of what they said they would do. Thomas tried to blame us for their issues with the well company they wanted to use even when that wasn't the company we wanted to use. Thomas ended up having to use the company we wanted in the end after lying and not telling us that the company they hired had decided not to work with them. They sent contractors to our home to fix the water damage out of the "kindness of their heart" and to help us out but didn't make sure they did it correctly or even finished the job. When we got mold because of the pour work Thomas blamed the manufacturer even though it was Thomas's personal contractor that did the work. They did a horrible job at grading the land and didn't level it out but instead made a mud pit in front of our house. But it was 10 feet so it's "to code"! They left trash and food everywhere even left a banana in our drawer in the kitchen. Then they sent a contractor to come replace parts of our foundation without permission or even telling us. Working with Thomas Outlet Homes has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had purchasing anything. Their communication is poor, they will blame everyone else, including you, before they will ever take owner ship of problems caused by them. The contractors they hire take the cheapest/easiest route possible and if they actually finish their job, it brakes down within a month, and that is after having to wait months, and calling every day for them to send someone out to do the job.
