Wylie floors redid a bathroom for me and wood floors in 2 bedrooms. They are very reasonable, had a good selection of materials. We already have wood in most of the house and they were able to buy and install the same floors in the 2 bedrooms. It looks so nice. Not sure where the great customer services was with me but a complete fail. Called to say they would be 30 minutes late. Ran my daughter to school since they cancelled my 0900 appt. I got back right at 930. He had already came and gone. No phone call or message that he came and left or nothing. Then had to call to be told he already came and left and I would have to reschedule. No thank you I'll take my business somewhere else. Very disappointed especially with all these so great reviews. Seem to running late and in a rush to get done. How are you even giving good estimates rushing around in/out of customers houses. read more

Excellent customer service and workmanship. Were able to do what others said couldn't be done. Had hardwoods put in years ago and decided I wanted to extend them to my hall. The company that manufacture the woods planks still had the color but the size had changed slightly so I was told they (another co) could install them but there would be a threshold where the new wood planks meet the new ones. I did NOT want a threshold! I wanted it to be seamless like they were put in at the same time. Wylie Carpet and Tile exceeded my expectations!! There is not only no threshold they totally look like they were installed at the same time. They were a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend them for any flooring needs you might have. They also install counter tops. When I am ready to do that I will definitely go back to them!! Wish I could post a picture of how good the floors look. read more

I would highly recommend Wylie Carpet & Tile. They gave us a fair price on almost 2200 sq feet of flooring (tile, laminate, & carpet). They also installed new based boards for us. Their crews were polite, courteous and on time. They did a very professional job. Chris was on time for the initial estimate and answered all of my questions thoroughly, and Manny and his crew did a fantastic job. If you can believe it, I worked on purchasing carpet OVER THE PHONE and through email most of the time. It was a purchase for our nephew's new house and being a party once removed from that, Wendy used her expertise to make everything happen. I did some price shopping and their price was better than some others -- not the cheapest -- but a VERY competitive price that was going to give my nephew and his family what I value most: service and a relationship with a local provider. The best of the best! We were looking for someone to replace the wood floors that were throughout our home for the second time. Our home was pretty much destroyed by the hailstorm that hit Wylie in April 2016 and we had a terrible experience with the contractor that installed our wood floors because they all came up and apart due to poor installation (which two certified floor experts confirmed) but the bad experience is an entirely different story. However it did make us extremely picky about who we were going to use next. We received estimates from several different flooring companies around our area. We knew it was going to be a big job because we had the new (bad floors) that had to be removed, stairs were being done in wood, plus everything else was wood and ceramic tile in the kitchen (no carpet). Wylie Carpet and Tile was not the cheapest estimate we received but it also wasn't the most expensive. What sold us on moving forward with them was the knowledge of the products they offered, they were very understanding and patience because of what we had been through with the other contractor and just their overall great customer service. Wendy and Chris were so great from beginning to end and I can't say enough about what an awesome job the installers did. Joey and team did such a great job on laying the tile in our kitchen and Manny with his crew did a fabulous job on the wood floors and stairs. Everyone was so polite and friendly; they always cleaned up after themselves and we never once had to worry about piles of trash, empty soda cans or a speck of dust! Every evening when the crews would leave my husband and I would walk the floors to see if we could find any problems and not once did we find any issues. We definitely made the right decision choosing Wylie Carpet and Tile and you won't regret using them either! read more

Wylie Carpet and Tile - Excellent Product, Installation, Service and Price...The crew at Wylie Carpet and Tile (WCT) are excellent. We were referred by a friend, and we were very pleased with every aspect of the buying and installation process. We made more than a dozen trips to WCT's showroom before we settled on the flooring we wanted installed - tile (that looks like wood) for the main areas, slate for the master bath and closets, a separate tile for the Jack-N-Jill bath and (very plush) carpet for the game room upstairs. The price was very competitive, and their installation scheduling process was very accommodating. Manny, the lead installer, is not only a true craftsman, but he is also outstanding in the area of customer service. The owners, Chris and Wendy, treat you like family, and their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
