We have visited Dr. Rohner's office twice and so far I am very pleased. They have a waiting area…read morewhere the kids can watch movies. The wait time is not long at all and the nurses are very nice. When you walk in for the first time they have a wall with a backdrop and you can take pics. As you go on, my daughter got to pick out a toothbrush (which they use while cleaning her teeth) and she got a goodie bag with toothpaste and flossers. They also have a small area in the back where kids can play while they wait to be seen by Dr. Rohner once their teeth are clean. Dr. Rohner is a very sweet dentist. She's very patient and takes the time out to talk with you about your child and strategies you can use to help with brushing. At the end of the visit the nurse gave my daughter a coin in which she but into the gumball machine for a little prize. All in all I would highly recommend Dr. Rohner and her office staff. We look forward to our next visit!

My husband and I made appointments and I called 12 hours in advance to cancel then they told me that I didn't call even after showing them my call log. They also stated my husband came in late for an appointment which they have a 15 minute grace period he was 4 minutes late they tried to turn him away, they then stated that he missed several appointments which they charge for but he has a zero balance which clearly shows he hasn't been late. The service that has been shown to us is very appalling and it clearly shows discrimination. We are paying for a service, we are not asking for charity work and that's how we have been treated.
