I encountered Travis, and when I tell you, his professionalism and customer service was above and beyond. Ryan was my sales person whom we hit it off instantly I explained to him that I had other vendors come. I wasn't looking to beat around the bush. This was my budget and from there the contract was signed. Ryan quoted me on the spot, took the necessary measurements and pictures And beat all competitors pricing. The installers Jimmy and Anthony came in the morning and was done before 1 o'clock in the afternoon. My house was clean as though they weren't even there in and out with no hassle and no mess. They were super friendly professional, and did an amazing job I couldn't recommend a better window company and I'm so glad I went with Markeys. I feel an instant difference on so many levels with the new windows. No more outside sounds no more bugs and my heat actually stays in the house no drafts no breezes. Note, only on the painting itself. - I've now been back to my old house since and see a lot of issues after the painting, hence the update. Looking back, I should not have use this company at all, I was hoping that they did a professional job, so when they're done, I can have the old house ready for listing. Instead, his crew did a terrible job that left me with a lot of work, cleaning up after his crew, I literally paid somebody to paint my house, then not everything was painted and left a lot of mess I have to deal with, I wasted my money and my time (taking about 2 days to clean up). What upset me the most for my last job with Ray Salacki painting are: - The painting is not professionally done. A professional painter would not leave so much splatter of paints all over my wood floor. I had to kneel down and spent a lot time, literally use my nail to get some of the paint off my wooden floor. This paint splatter is all over in all the rooms everywhere. So after Salacki's crew is done, I have to spend the entire day to clean up the splatter paints all over. - The crew painted shut some of my windows. I had to spend a lot of time carefully using scrapper and knife to free the window from the frame. It is very unprofessional because nobody would paint somebody's window or door shut. After the paint is dry, I can NO LONGER open those windows. - The crew also did a half ass job on some of the doors, for example, he would paint the inside but not outside, he would paint the top hoping that you did not see that bottom was not painted. - The house look like a mess after his crew were done, and I was counting on being able to be show ready after they're done. Looks like I have to spent a few more days to really clean up. - The crew left 4 big bags of trash, not the kind that neatly put away in the bag, it's the kind that left soiled paper towel all over, the paint can was not closed properly and so it leaks. So I took care of everything carefully still got some paints leaked out. - The thing that frustrated me and disgusted me the most is: his crew stuffed about 6 or 7 folded paper towel in my toilet. I'm not sure what happened, maybe he's in a rush or something, the paper towels are probably soiled with paint. At first I just notice a small corner of left over paper towel in my toilet hole, so I flush thinking it needs to go down. Then water backs up and over the toilet bowl and flooded my bathroom floor. I ended up grabbing the corner and pull out, not one or two, but 6 or 7 paper towels. Only god knows how many more the crew stuffed in there. Who does that? Is he stupid or something? - Some of my windows are painted shut, so I am going to have to cut it open.

I hired Tucked & Tidy for a $1,500 deep clean followed by biweekly maintenance service. For that…read moreprice, I expected clear communication, attention to detail, and a professionally run experience. Unfortunately, the service fell short on all counts. The "deep clean" took place over two days, but totaled only about 8 hours. While the team was polite, several key areas were missed -- including dusty ceiling fans and other surfaces that should be standard at this level of service. I sent photos and was told the missed areas would be handled during the first maintenance visit. That visit was even more disappointing. Much of the home was left untouched, including the floors. I was told this was due to a "custom" plan -- yet there was no written contract, no scope outlined by email or document, and no communication confirming that entire areas of the house would be excluded. The only conversation was a brief call over a month prior. During the deep clean walkthrough, one of the team members even told me the floors would be part of the regular service, which added to the confusion. When I raised my concerns, the owner responded defensively and focused more on justifying their side than making things right. The tone shifted quickly once I pushed back, and I was left feeling unheard and undervalued as a client. Some things the owner might consider improving on: * Avoid shifting blame to the client when issues are raised -- especially after a $1,500 service. A missed spot is a missed spot, whether or not it was caught in a walkthrough. * Don't rely on a quick phone call as the sole definition of scope -- especially when no written agreement or clear follow-up is provided. Assumptions and verbal notes are not a client communication strategy. * Reach out proactively after a major service to check in. Leaving it to the client to initiate the first real feedback conversation creates a one-sided experience. And don't rely on staff rating requests to provide insight on client's service happiness, this is not indicative of the client's overall experience. Professionalism isn't just about what's cleaned -- it's about how a business listens, responds, and takes ownership. There's room for you to grow here.

We schedule the cleaning and the rest as they say was history. But I will tell you about it! Lauren's team came through right on time as they said. I left my house in their hands as I headed out for work. Lauren came across something and immediately reached out to me to make me aware; I very much appreciated that.
