A very polite and friendly man came to my door on Sunday afternoon. The fact that this company thinks it is ok to bother me on a weekend, on fathers day specifically. I take that as rudeness and disrespect from the company. I have to say no tell a smiling face who isn't selling anything no they never are they just wanna do an assessment... I have to tell them no when no is never accepted. So I have to be assertive with a stranger during an unexpected visit on my day off or get peer pressured into a sales pitch. That is an unpleasant tactic and I believe it should be punished. I will never use Home Genius services for that reason alone and I hope you dont either. Lucas answered while on an existing job. He was very honest saying he can't drop by to make an assessment. Knowing the importance of the situation, he said he'll have his father drop by to take a look. The father (was it Joe?) came by as promised and saw that the previous roofer didn't put flashing around a portion of the chimney. He gave a couple of possible fixes and I picked the more expensive one. He gave me a break on price if i went with the more expensive fix which i appreciated. Before showing up for the work due to budgeting issues i changed to the lower price solution. He didn't have any problems with this change. He and his other son (not Lucas) came on the day as promised. The funny thing was I didn't know they were there until i heard banging outside! They ripped some of the old roof tiles, installed new flashing and overlay them with some leftover tiles I had laying around. They also caulked around other parts of the chimney. They cleaned up their mess. There were aome storms afterwards and no leak! Thx to Lucas for knowing the importance of the problem and having your father and brother fit me into their schedule. And thx to father and son (was it Joe and Ezekiel?!) for fixing the leak! I would definitely consider them to put in a new roof when the time comes!

I encountered Travis, and when I tell you, his professionalism and customer service was above and beyond. Ryan was my sales person whom we hit it off instantly I explained to him that I had other vendors come. I wasn't looking to beat around the bush. This was my budget and from there the contract was signed. Ryan quoted me on the spot, took the necessary measurements and pictures And beat all competitors pricing. The installers Jimmy and Anthony came in the morning and was done before 1 o'clock in the afternoon. My house was clean as though they weren't even there in and out with no hassle and no mess. They were super friendly professional, and did an amazing job I couldn't recommend a better window company and I'm so glad I went with Markeys. I feel an instant difference on so many levels with the new windows. No more outside sounds no more bugs and my heat actually stays in the house no drafts no breezes. The roof he left was SLOPPY leaving visible seams and unfinished with roof shingles left over the edgings. He agreed to return to fix his work, he then called and said he needed to get paid in extra in addition to our agreed price. Unfortunately I already paid cash in full without any recourse. Mr Belardo had his workers install a new roof on our home in 2015. A few years ago, we had Leaf…read morefilters put on our gutters. After they were installed, we started to have a problem. We called Leaf filter who came out and told us the problem was with the roof. We called Mr. Belardo but he would not talk to us as he was upset that he gave us an estimate for our shed roof, and we did not hire him. We had gotten a better price. In the meantime, we have had a couple of roofers come and look at the problem. They have both told us the the roof was not done properly. We have contacted Mr. Belardo a couple of times to discuss the problem but he will not return our calls. We are trying to give him a chance to rectify a situation that was created by his company's workmanship. However, he refuses to talk to us. I do not recommend Mr. Belardo.
