This guy named Casey had my car on his tow truck mere MINUTES after I moved it to a space by Mr. Fitz to grab a snack after pumping gas-- I moved it to be courteous to others who may need to pump gas, even though there was NO ONE else around. Of course, I did not get a receipt for pumping gas but luckily had it time stamped on my bank records. He didn't care, and had the car already on his truck bed so if I didn't comply with his extortion of $150 cash he would've towed it and charged $250 to receive! Someone needs to investigate this business and Casey, the owner! A quick google search shows he's done this before...

When I asked the gas station employees who towed my vehicle, they confirmed it was this company. The man towing my car made me pay $125 directly to him via Cash App-no official receipt, no paperwork, nothing. That's not how a legitimate towing company should operate. It felt incredibly suspicious, and I honestly believe there's something going on between the gas station and this towing company. It seems like they're working together to take advantage of people, and I'm not the first person this has happened to. As a college student, this experience was incredibly stressful and heartbreaking. I was crying and overwhelmed, while the Shell employees stood around watching and doing nothing. Avoid this towing company if you can. Something about this entire situation feels wrong, and it needs to be investigated.
