It's very frustrating to have to try to deal with this when you're suffering from a painful situation. Sometimes you get lucky and someone answers the phone. I have one more appointment with Dr Chin, but I've already decided to find a new pain management doctor. I will however; go to my last appointment and let him know why I'm leaving.

The initial encounter was via phone, and she found the staff to be welcoming and accommodating, This is a solo practice and you can tell that Dr Archer has great pride in his office, staff, and he is very assured of his skills as were we. She underwent a procedure after the staff quickly and efficiently verified authorization. The procedure center is at a nice part of town, we felt safe, and the staff in the waiting room, pre op and post op room were very friendly and seemed very careful following through with their protocols. Overall this was an experience much like one would expect at a concierge practice and we are pleased with our care and encounter.
