Whether you're looking for clothing, shoes, home goods, or specialty shops, there's a good selection and plenty of deals if you're willing to look around. Prices are average for an outlet mall and sometimes they have good deals around holidays. With that said, the mall definitely shows its age. The building feels outdated, and it could really use some renovations to make it a more enjoyable place to shop. The biggest downside, unfortunately, was the cleanliness. During my visit, I noticed rats in the rafters, which was pretty off-putting and made the overall experience less comfortable. Overall, the variety of stores is the mall's biggest strength, but the aging condition and pest issues keep it from being a place I'd visit often. Hopefully management invests in some much-needed improvements.

To the new owners of VG…read more.. I've always enjoyed coming to Victoria Gardens--it's a great place for families, shopping, and spending time outdoors. However, one concern that has become more noticeable over the past year is the lack of enforcement on the main streets. There are frequently vehicles speeding through busy areas where families and children are walking, and many drivers seem more focused on showing off how loud their cars are than driving safely. It's not uncommon to hear multiple cars revving their engines within just a few minutes. This creates a very unsafe environment and takes away from what should be a welcoming community space. Increasing police presence, even for short periods of time, would make a noticeable difference and help deter this behavior. I truly believe Victoria Gardens is a great place, but addressing this issue would go a long way in keeping it safe and enjoyable for everyone.

In the one year that Jen and I have been dating, this place has improved and provided many fun days and nights. The Christmas decorations were wonderful and this past weekend they had the Lunar New Year celebration, with many additional pop-up vendors in the street (closed off for pedestrians). We enjoyed walking, talking and exploring all the additional vendors and also the people (and dog) watching was top notch. Judging by the crowd turnout, I would say that this was a successful event, and I hope they add more events like this going forward. Many great restaurants, shops, craft stores and plaza entertainment. Water fountains and train rides for the kids (and some adults too). Whether you come here to dine, shop or just hang out and enjoy the weather with others, this place is a solid choice.

I wish to commend management for providing sufficient parking, not trying to cram in too many stores, which creates a nuisance. Also, they've rented to mainly family-friendly businesses and thus far (knock on wood) haven't attracted much riff-raff. These factors, I have to say, make them a reasonably good neighbor.

For the limited selection and aging atmosphere, many items seemed overpriced compared to newer shopping centers. If you're already in the area, it might be worth a quick walk through for nostalgia, but I wouldn't make a special trip. There are better malls with more variety and better value nearby.

As for eateries... tons of options are available... burgers, pizzas, tacos, sandwiches, yogurt, sushi, BBQ such as Carl's Jr., San Biagio's Pizza, Oggi's Brewing and Pizza Company, Pho King, California Fish Grill, Kuma Sushi, Chick-fil-A, Ono Hawaiian, Yogiyo, and many more you name it. I come here from time to time mainly for shopping at Target, take-out at a few eateries, and banking needs. I love the convenience. I have yet to explore a lot of the other stores and dining options.
