The second time I came here most recently, my eldest daughter and I dined at Soup 'n Fresh. We had a wonderful dinner and staff was superb. After my most recent visit, I googled what else is at this plaza. Well, well, well, it looks like Rancho Cucamonga Certified Farmer's Market is held somewhere here. I have not been to their farmer's market. I'll have to plan for a visit one day. It's located at the corner of W Foothill Blvd and Vineyard Ave. It's right along Historic Route 66. Below are some of the businesses that reside in this plaza. Free parking may be a little scattered, but you'll be fine in finding a spot unless they are super busy. Btw, don't forget to check out the Cucamonga Winery Historical Landmark! Tons of free parking on both sides. They are conveniently right off Fwy 10. You can tackle two centers in one day's visit. MS includes our major retailers, Home Depot and Hobby Lobby, that anchors this center plus an impressive mix of other national and local businesses as shown below. I have been to this center primarily to shop at Home Depot, Staples, and HoneyBaked Ham. I have only eaten at Egg N Bird. I have not found myself supporting any other eateries from here. I'll have to check out Ahipoki Bowl, China One, Ono Hawaiian BBQ, and Subway one day. As for the other non-food establishments, honestly, I don't see myself utilizing them except for AT&T Mobility. I have been to Sierra Lakes Village in Fontana on many occasions to drop by at Costco for shopping…read moreand gas, Ralph's to pick up some Ben & Jerry's, Lowe's to get some ant spray for my Mom, etc which are primarily on the east side of the village. The other day, it was my first time visiting the west side of this village to check out Pizza Guys for a Yelp Elite Week Event. I knew there was this west side, but haven't found a reason to go before. Now that I know there is a Pizza Guys and a Home Depot, I am likely to visit the west side more often from now on. East side has more shops and eateries though. This village is conveniently located right off the 210 Fwy just past the 15 Fwy if you're coming from the west or 215 Fwy if you're coming from the east. I'm a Costco member and requested that I used the restroom. I had been driving for hours and needed to stop. I begged the lady at the front door to let me use the facilities but she stated she can't. I requested a manager and he stated that he couldn't. It was their policy not to let anyone after closing. I reiterated that I was a Costco member and just needed to use their facilities and didn't want to shop he said he couldn't or wouldn't and I stated that I would never come back to that particular facility and I've kept my promise I will not be going back to Sierra lakes Costco over this one little thing. if you still have people in the building doing business I should be able to use your facilities. I've been a customer for Costco for a very long time I support your values and I try to do my best to make all my business interactions to happen with Costco and no other company. This particular facility will never see a dollar of mine or my business ever again in the future.

For the most part the Center has not had too much turnover in stores, until the last few years where I have noticed a bit more. I really like some of the tried and true places, such as Rancho Pet and Feed and the Mennonite Thrift Store. One store I sorely miss, along with many other people, is Long's Christian Bookstore. This family owned store was the best in Christian books, gifts, greeting cards, etc. All in all though, I really appreciate the Sunrize Center.

As for professional services, nail salon, threading, massage spa, cleaners, orthodontics, and others are present. Parking is scattered in various sections. Honestly, I find the layout of this town square to be windy. It primarily serves the residents nearby and locals in the area. Although, visitors from outside are always welcome.

Overall, this shopping center is relatively clean and well maintained. It seems they do some parking lot resurfacing every few years and I do see people go around and pick up trash in the parking lots. One of the busiest areas is definitely Costco. The parking lot always looks packed as if they are giving stuff away for free and you will sometimes see cars backed up onto Sierra Lakes Parkway, trying to get into the parking lot. The location is convenient, since you can get to this center easily by taking either the Citrus Ave or Sierra Ave exit off the 210 freeway.
